A little treat
Hi all,
I've put together a little slideshow of some of my images that I made whilst in New Zealand.
I thought it'd be nice to have something where you didn't have to click links or click next, etc.
So, without further ado, here it is!
http://www.hqphotography.com.au/new-zealand-2009/
Just load it up, have your speakers and/or headphones on and enjoy for a few minutes.
I will be adding to this as time permits me to process the hordes of images that I took.
I hope you can take a few minutes out of your day/night, relax and enjoy.
Comments and critique are most welcome!
Regards,
Humayun

Superb Humayun I've been a bunch of times to NZ for business, but have never yet had the priviledge of travelling there on holiday time. I must, and your images have convinced me.

Awesome! Was watching the Silver Fern Rally the other day and some of the scenery in that was very nice. Between that and your wonderful images, New Zealand is very high on my "to go' list. You certainly have an eye for a scene.

Kev,
Ta! You bet. This trip was primarily a photographic expedition for me. I hope to put a book together some day.

Chris,
I know you're into your 4WD. Go over, hire one, and go bonkers. You won't be disappointed.
In fact, I'll join you!

Barry,
We're still yet to do our night out. How about close to next new Moon or quarter Moon? I'm /dying/ to get out! And, sure, if I plan a weekend away somewhere (relatively nearby), I'll be in touch.
Cheers!

Leon,
Thanks, matey. I'd hazard a guess that Tasmania is very similar. Might be my next trip!

Geoff,
Thank you. Glad you enjoyed it.
I am so glad that you asked about the music. That, my friend, is music written by a young man (only a couple of years my senior) who writes the most amazingly intricate (some tracks have around 100 layers of music), etherael, gobsmackingly-beautiful music you are likely to hear. His name is Ulrich Schnauss. Look him up on YouTube. His music is like angelic particles have descended from some rift in the heavens, performing a celestial dance inside your ears. Pure bliss.
I have been following his music since I first heard him in 2001.
The track that I've used in the slideshow is called Crazy For You.
