Leaving on a jet plane ...
Just leaving in 20 to go to Sydney airport, to flyout to Glasgow. Am looking forward to seeing M57 and the Veil Nebula directly overhead again, and other sites in the Northern Hemisphere i havent seen for 2 years! i have an ST80 and some binocs over there, so when i go to Glencoe in the Highlands, i will get some observing done !!
keep my seat warm for me, i will be back soon

Fare thee well, enjoy some single malt over there.
Dunno about keeping the seat warm, that always feels a bit icky when you sit in a warm seat.....
We will catch up when you get back, or better still, I hear they have the internet over there now, perhaps you could "find" someone there with broadband and drop us an obs report or two from Glaswegia?
Cheers and have a safe trip, I will make sure I use my 12" collapsible SW Dob while you are away in homage!
