I have decided to go one crucial step further in my astrophotography and that is to take Flats after my imaging sessions. I have built a light box based on this web site

and thought before I glue it together and wire it up would ask, if you can see any problems, let me know. I have never built one before.
I am building it for a Williams Optics Flt 110 taking images with a Canon unmodified 400d.
The box is a rectangular prism with the dimensions 351mm x 173mm x 173mm external measurements. Internally 163mm x 163mm. The inner most disc is about 10mm larger than the diameter of my scope and will hold the perspex disc. The shop says it is called Opal perspex. I said I need it to act as a diffuser for a light box. I am assuming it is a like skim milk coloured plastic. To this insert I will have 2 x 9 volt mini light bulbs in each of the four corners all hooked up in parallel and shielded by rectangular inserts to direct the light towards the back of the box as per one of his photos. I have not done this yet.
The second most inner disc is to hold the end of my telescope due shield about an 25mm from the end so the end of the due shield will touch the perspex disc.????? I have another disc at the very end so this and the middle disc will support the light box on the telescope. Half the length of the box is to go over my due shield with the actual light box being about 168mm long. Switch an battery built into the box.
Any advice more than welcome. I have included photos of the project to assist with advice. If you new how mechanically unminded I am this is a huge project and I would like to thank the advice and help I received getting to this point from my 6 year old son. Gotta love them.
