I could never see the merit of mortgage forclosures and now Freddie and Fannie must have listened

...Well if not to me someone who has the sence to realise forclosing wont make the US economy stronger...
Freddy and Fannie are going to be sensible and not forclose loans so the radio said... pity they did not take that view earlier....they and others of course...
It is tempting to lend money to keep the pot boiling via new building of homes etc but when the greed sees this nonsence blow up in folks faces...surely it is the lenders who should bear the burden
...and stand by their bad investment
...cause thats what they have
...live with it.. if you made a mistake of lending judgement you pay the price not the borrower or the rest of society.
So thats the prime loans sorted but the corporations I dont know

any suggestions folks
... should the car builders be rewarded because they have product that does not sell... to save the workers not the execs of course
.. or to save shareholder funds
