8" F10 Saxon Mak-Cass

Bought this new just under 3 years ago. Hasn't had a lot of use (prefer my 8" Newt). OTA only, good condition, $500 (cost me $1300 new, also OTA only). Available for pickup or delivery Tweed, Gold Coast and Brisbane only.

Essentially it is the earlier model of the one shown in the folowing link

Differences being that mine is white, and focusing is done with a knob on the rear body of the 'scope rather than a Crayford-style focuser as on the newer model. Also, mistakenly quoted it as F10 when it is in fact F12.5 (D=203mm F=2500mm).

Yes, I would be prepared to package it appropriately for a trip to Melbourne (or elsewhere for that matter), provided that the freight is arranged and payed for by the purchaser.
