You could try Rigel Systems . I sent them an email a while ago and they claimed their focus motor and controller would fit my ZS110. However, I went the whole hog and bought a motorised Moonlite 2.5" focuser, which works fine. The guys at Moonlite were very helpful and patient with my 8 months on again off again queries. Not cheap though.

I suspect you could cobble one together to fit the fine focus shaft Mick, but at the end of the day my suggestion is to start again with a complete new focuser. In my case (cases actually as I have three) it is a Feather Touch, and their motor unit makes it one sweet focuser, automated too.

I've just ordered a Moonlite motorized focuser to replace the standard focuser on my WO Megrez 102..

I have one on my C11 also, and must say, despite the price, they are worth EVERY cent...

Have a moonlight focuser. Best value for money there is and works beautifully - far better than a WO in my opinion and their service is top notch.
