Mr SAB,

in Newcastle NSW (Hunter Valley and central coast) we have had rain on and off with extensive cloud cover for nearly 12 months. I can count on one two hands the number of perfect clear days (and no moon to speak of) as a matter of fact - its raining now in drizzle.............. and last night i almost got the scope out - while I thought about it te cloud rolled in again. less than 30 minutes of opportunity............SAD!!!!

Well the good news is all that you seek to look at will be there next month and the month after the bad news is maybe so will the weather.

I hope to have a run tonight it is very clear here..but I still dont feel 100% ..however a Son of my lady friend said he and his mates for the first time ever spent 3 hours just looking so if clear I may give them a tour.

Actually, tonight is already a write off. Freaking high cloud streaming into Victoria and over Melbourne already and is basically thickening.

UNBELIEVABLE

you saw correctly!

I have offically cracked the s***'s now. To all those who reckon I need patience - don't want to hear it, because I've been trying to be patient since Mid March now.

I just checked the latest forecast and the forecast "fine" weather for this time next week has already been replaced with "mostly fine". Here we go, down the toilet again....

screw being patient, I had enough. I've been patient and put up with "sunny" forecasts degenerating into cloud or fog or haze for the last 2-3 bleeding months
