Around 03:15 currently, with Saturn following half an hour later. Venus will be around 24 degrees elevation at sunrise.

Hi starlight. Is there a reason you edited the question out of your original post?

Even when a question is answered, others may have been wondering the same thing. So the forum then becomes a resource for others looking for information or advice.

The question was about the time Venus rose.

Hi Starlight,as others have said, Venus rises about 4.30, so if you have a look about 5am in east it is shining brightly, with nothing else around as bright, and Saturn is 2nd bright 'dot' below it, after Regulus in Leo.

It's a wonderful early morning object at the moment. I saw it the other morning at around 4:30 and had to look twice as I first thought it was a plane coming into land with it's landing lights on.

Very bright indeed.
