Jupiter + GBS

Seeing 8.5/10 Trans 7.5/10
A bit of whispy cloud, which ended the session.
I think I can do better, but hey it's my first GRS

8" f/6 newt, LPI
Eval:99% of 15
Gain:95%
Offset:41%
32 x .177 sec exp

Ha! I actually remembered the settings this time ,
Mind you I'm out in the yards, so it's clean off the
press

Any comments or Q's welcome...

nice soft image Rob .How did you process it and did you use a barlow x2, x3?? Great work thanks again for your advice in the past on using the lpi.

Thanks guy's for your comments...

Philip yes, I did forget to mention I used a x3 barlow. I tried using the x2 as well as, but the conditions wouldn't let me focus anywhere near usable data. Processing in PS Curves to bring down the brighter areas, and run an Unsharpmask over it twice and Despeckle once.

I want a GBS and a couple of shadow transits thrown in... now that would make a nice picture all on a pristine night, I guess that would be asking too much lol
