Unfortunately, it's reading the first frame of your animation and thinks your image is 80x25. It's therefore setting the dimensions of the image for the browser to display at 80x25 - which is very wrong in this case.
I'll have a look at the problem and get back to you.
Fixed. Well, fixed your animated gif. The canvas size for the avatar needs to be 80x80. The forum software doesn't interpret the image header properly to know that it should be larger than it is.
