lost in the universe

I'm new to iceinspace. Relatively computer illiterate but I'm presuming someone can answer my question. Can the total eclipse, scheduled for 2037hrs EST on 28/8/07, be seen in Hong Kong?

Hi nautilis,

The Moon will rise, just south of east, totally eclipsed for you at 18:40 and will start coming out of shadow at 19:25 and be completely clear by 21:20 (at which stage the Moon is up at 34 deg elevation).

Good luck.
