C/2024 G3 ATLAS from 2 Feb 2025

I managed to get a photo of C/2024 G3 more than a week ago while the clouds gave us a break.

I know it's noisy and there are some stuck pixels that I wasn't able to mask out, but it was just using a basic camera tripod with no tracking, so I had to bump the gain way up and keep exposure times low. I also stretched the histogram out as much as I could using GIMP, so the colours are probably wonky.

Camera: Player-1 Neptune-C IMX178C
Lens: TTArtisan 100mm F2.8 M42
Exposure: Stack of ~40 images @ ~1.5 sec

Stacked using my own software, which is still a work in progress.
