NGC6684 Lenticular Galaxy in Pavo

NGC6684 is visible all night. It will become visible at around 18:43 (AWST), 45° above your south-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 22:02, 57° above your southern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 05:09, when it sinks below 21° above your south-western horizon.

Declination: −64°49'
Constellation: Pavo
Magnitude: 10.50
Hubble type: IB
Distance: 12.2 Mpc
39.6 Mlyr
