Got out on Friday night under clear skies but conditions were rather warm, I was able to sit by the scope in shorts and T Shirt until I finished the session at 2.00am! I've been trying out an ASI224mc I purchased second hand for planetary photography on some deep sky objects just to see what it's capable of. I was reasonably pleased with this one after sorting out a few debayering settings in DSS which gave me a better colour outcome, although as expected, there is a lot of noise. The shot was taken with my Esprit 100, 90 x 60 secs guided on an HEQ5pro mount.
