Happy Days

It's been a productive Easter for astro-imaging here. I discovered the mirror was flopping in the mirror cell so decided to pull it apart and reset the mirror in the cell. Took the opportunity to give it a bath while it was out of the cell. That made the corrector plate look dirty so gave that a wash also. Colimation was then in order so out comes the Howie-Glatter laser and Cats Eye tools. Now everyting back in the obs and a calibration of the rotater and focuser was in order. Re-did the PEC training so all looking good...Neighbours also switched off the flood lights tonight....happy days.
