Tarantula Nebula from 2009

After a significant absence from astrophotography and astronomy in general I decided to to reprocess an image I took at the IceInSpace camp at Lostock 2009.

Its clear that the focusing needs work as does the guiding but their is some nice detail beginning to show given the equipment limitations and bugger all post image processing.

Image Details:
Lights: 2 hour exposure over 2 days - 60 x 1 minute subs (16 Oct 2009), 30 x 2 minute subs (17 Oct 2009)
Equipment: Skywatcher 8" Newtonian, EQ6 Pro, Modified Canon EOS 450D, 2" Baader UHC Filter + 2" Baader MPCC, Skywatcher 80 Guidescope with QHY Guide Camera
Software: Guided with PHD2 and images taken with Nebulosity and stacked with Deep Sky Stacker. Redimentary image processing using Nebulosity.
