GSO RC mirror coatings

According to Astronomics the latest GSO RC's and the soon to be released classic cassegrains do not have dielectric coatings on the mirrors. Most shops still claim that the mirrors have the dielectric coatings but owners might want to take extra care when cleaning, rather than assume you've got tough coatings.

I don't know when the change took place but the guys from Astronomics say this info came direct from the head of GSO.

Quote from CN forum: "Dielectric coatings are no longer available on the RC scopes. They are now enhanced with 96% reflectivity. The Cassegrains will be the same coatings."
