M42 first stacked and processed image.

This is an amazing step for me. It marks the beginning of processing. I've had trouble with stacking(ie: leaving the iso way to high.. ops). But recently it was a clear night but almost full moon. But I said why not, try out my new ED100, And this is the result.
Image info:
9 * 1min exposures ISO 400. darks applied
The image is a little out of focus, I knew this when I was in DSS. Is there any good way of finding perfect focus in the field???

And constructive criticism is welcome!

Thanks!
Michael

Good job, and get a Bahtinov mask, makes focusing a breeze.

Hi mate, good photo you have there, what camera are you using? tell us abit of your setup, what software to capture? you can use a bahtinov mask or the focusing asistant in a capturing software like APT (free) for example.

Thanks Diego.
I'm using a CGEM mount, with a SW ED100 and a WO ED66.
Camera is a Nikon D3200 and a ZWO asi034MC guiding camera and just PHD2 for guiding.
At the moment I just setup in the backyard till I get some batteries.
