wanted: piece of laminate for Dob azimuth bearing

I am tuning my 10 inch f5 Dobsonian azimuth bearing and seek a suitable 600mm X 600mm piece of laminate. Will pay for laminate & postage.

Hey Doug, If you have an industrial area near by, have a look at 'Kitchen cabinet or cabinet manufacturers' yellow pages/google local ect!
They'll surely should have something !
I remember some years ago with some of the 'bigger Dob' guys (12-16") recommended the 'bumpy' Laminate very good as it reduced contact on the surface which equalled less friction and a smoother motion
