Hey all!
i've recently been looking at buying my first telescope and have been overwhelmed with my many options. After a fair bit of research i've decided that an 8" newtonian reflector is going to suit me best.
So i've been searching around the place and found out that andrews is doing a deal with a SW black diamond 8" and a Bresser EXOS2 mount for $1099.
i was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with an EXOS2 and could give me a review of it?(i can't seem to find much information about it on the net) or a comparison with the SW EQ5 mount as it seems to be a popular mount for beginners.
I have one , it's an eq5 clone, well made , tripod very solid . Bresser is made in china as are the other clones , bresser is a Meade brand sold in Europe .it is well able to handle an 8" , I have mounted my c9.25" on it for visual.
