Up for sale are my 25 x 100 Celestron SkyMaster binoculars, which includes:
* Bag
* Original retail box
* Neck strap (although I am not sure you would use this)
* Binoculars with caps on both ends
* Instruction manual
The binoculars are in near new condition and not listed as new because they have been used a half a dozen times. They are great for terrestrial and astronomical viewing (work well on M42 and others). They do mount on a tripod. The lens are clean and focusing works on both eye cups independently.
I have bought these from new as the only owner about 5 - 6 months ago.
These have a great 3 degree field of view as shown on the binocular photos. One word about tripod mounting is you need a sturdy tripod. the box indicates just shy of 4kgs in weight for the binoculars. Previously I have used a Fancier FT-666 tripod for these binoculars (which is not for sale).
The only issue, is one of the bag straps has come undone and not sure how it goes back on (I am not sure it was designed for the weight). This is reflected by one of the clips being separate on one of the photos.
Reason for selling is simply bought telescope and now have to replace funds used. Will miss these
, however someone will get good use out of them.
