Partial lunar eclipse heads up

Partial lunar eclipse this full moon.... whoops just noticed its on the planner to the left.....

Yep, big night (early morning) for the east coast. Occultation of Uranus first up then the partial lunar eclipse. Looks like a slow day at work on friday .

It's a shame we'll miss the end of the eclipse, but I guess there's really not much else to see after the umbral egress is over.

We were fortunate enough to have clear skies. But windy, very windy.
Jack got up to watch the event as well.
I took some pics with the video camera, but the ep kept on getting full of dust and stuff leaving some of the images rather spotty.
They're not much but here they are.

Nice results guys. On the way to work, the clouds parted for a brief moment (literally, 1 second) and I saw the bite out of the moon. That was my eclipse experience.
