Quick Comet Lovejoy

I captured a few frames of C/2014Q2 Lovejoy last weekend and I've struggled with the processing with this one.

Here's about the best I've figured out how so far... 7x 90 second frames out of the stack, selected to minimise the smearing. I saw some funky artefacts with the background sky using all of the frames in DSS using Comet + Sky, but it seems to smooth out a bit with fewer.

Usual kit: WO Zenithstar 71 (+reducer) with Canon 1100D@ISO1600 on my EQ6.

As always, any tips or suggestions gratefully received

Cheers,
Dunk

Thanks chaps!

I'm hoping the weather will be nice and give me another clear night soon as I've learned a lot from this...want to try to give it another shot, maybe even with a scope that would give me a bit more resolution
