Took my two 12" Marana scopes up to Astrofest this last weekend. In the car I also had my 17.5" Karee dob too, along with all my camping gear, and a mate's gear too. A round trip of 2150km from Sydney.
Wanna see what two 12" dobs and a 17.5" dob looks like packed into a car with camping gear too? Have a look at the pics!
Congrats Alex, it does look a nice telescope. I am very appreciative of the advice and suggestions you made re the teflon pads etc a few weeks ago. Nice to see your efforts getting the recognition they deserve.
