Southern Jellyfish Nebula

I am nicknaming this nebula the Southern Jellyfish Nebula.

Its a very red image and sorry for that. I was looking to do more to balance out the colour with more LRGB but its gone now and bad weather stopped that.

I thought I would post it as its an interesting nebula not often imaged.
Its really part of NGC2302.

CDK Trius 694 5nm Ha 5nm O111 some LRGB about 7 hours with more like another 4 hours of subs graded out.

I have seen it lurking in wider fields, Greg. Your image shows some interesting structure and detail. I agree it is very red

Cheers,
Rick.

Its an interesting object by itself with its billowing cloud. I added another layer of O111 to tone down the red and add some other colour and its now a bit better that way.
