Bluetooth Module
After considering a purchase of a WiFi module to make my telescope cable free especially considering its a Dob, I saw Cathy's ( Coldknights) Bluetooth adaptor advertised in Accessories forum.Substantially cheaper than brand name models,so I purchased one.It arrived safely a couple of days later.
I have a 12" Orion GoTo Skyquest with the Synscan controller.I was able to instal the module to the controller and have it communicating with my Stellarium software within a few minutes.Will certainly aid in my observing,and no more serial cables to worry about.Thoroughly recommend the device .Cheers.
