Downloading Firecapture

Hi guys,

I am trying to install Firecapture on my laptop but when I go to install it is asks for the user which is meant to be Firecapture and a password which as I understand it to be "no password" ie. blank.

It's not working!

Can someone assist? Am I missing something here in terms of the password required?

Many thanks,

John K.

There's a Yahoo group for Firecapture and the author is very responsive to queries.

I think that all you have to do is enter the username as “firecapture’ (without the quotes) and leave the Password field blank, i.e. ignore it.

Cheers

Thanks Dennis,

Quite weird really - but seems to have worked this time.

Another weird moment with Windows 8!

I just downloaded ver 2.2 from the site and ran the program.
It appears to have installed OK on my XP

Dennis was correct
