Mind you, I wouldn't be towing it around all over the place, and I'd be using a video camera to observe with. I wouldn't be climbing a ladder to look through the eyepiece!!!.

A mate of mine in Utah sent me a couple of pics of this beastie early this year. The primary wasn't in place as yet - in fact it was sitting in the driveway under a tarp & with a metre if snow on top of the tarp. The "spire" is purely decorative "just because I can".

By all accounts, the scope's owner is very nice bloke,

It is a big sucker, eh!
