First photo of the Sun (Dobsonian)

The clouds finally cleared for about 2 minutes, just enough time to see if I could take a photo with my Dobsonian 10".

It isn't the best (especially compared to the photos I have seen in this forum) but at least confirms that my DSLR can focus through the Dobsonian.

G'day Russ,

That's a really great photo - what kind of filter did you use?

Thanks,

I have Baader Sun film rating of ND5. It is attached with tape to the front of my cover, on the small aperture opening.
