We take whatever we get - Rosette nebula

Like Paul I managed to get 15x5 min with my QHY10 and 5" scope with CCDT67 reducer on the Rosette nebula and was grateful for any time at the scope. However the moon was in its full blazing glory and introduced hideous gradients which Pixinsight managed to remove.
Stacked in DSS and processed in PS3

Nice work Allan.
The back ground is rather blue to me. But that's just a quick fix setting the black point in Curves.

Hey glad to hear I wasn't alone Allan. Nicely done. The nebula itself is still a bit dark on my laptop. Is that the result of the gradient removal? It looks like it could bear a couple more iterations of levels and curves.

Considering the conditions you've got some really good colors and contrast. Well done.
