Shooting the same object on different nights - Flats

Hi,

If I have taken flats two nights ago and tonight refocussed doI take flats tonight and then do I put both lots of luminanceand flats in deep sky stacker all together or do I stack the two nights seperately and then do what with them. There are some very annoying clouds around tonight that I am trying to shoot through.

Hi Mark
Ihave taken flats on differnt nights and stacked them all together and seems to work well i would suggest that this seems to be the correct way and has worked for me before,if it does not try using one set of flats only, damned cloud.

Put the flats with the coresponding lights and bias frames from the first night in the main group tab and the flats and corresponding lights from the second night in group 1 tab. Ensure all frames are checked and DSS will apply the correct flats for each set of lights and register and stack all the lights. If you have a third night put these in group 2 and so on.
