Sun, 15th sept

Hi all, I took these with my point and shoot canon powershot sx110is

There was alot of smoke haze and as the sun was setting its colour was brilliant.

I do notice a spot on the sun in the bottom third to the right, is this a sunspot?

It was indeed a sunspot.
