Lagoon/Trifid widefield

Here's another one from the same night. 15x120s - QHY8 with 200mm pentax lens.

Bigger field here [5.4MB] and smaller download here [2.7MB]. I added a little Ha that I shot earlier on with the same lens to enhance and tighten the details in the reds a little as the red channel is the worst out of focus.

Hi Marc,

I see the production line is in full swing.

Another great photo. I love the colours and the detail.

I am impressed with what you are getting from a the 200mm lens at full aperture.

Thanks again Ross. It should be nice when I get my filters sorted out and the F-stop right. It definitely has potential.

The Hi res version is fantastic Marc Really nicely done. "Make hay while the sun shines!" ( which is not long between Qld wet seasons)

Thanks Alan. Skies are clear but seeing is really not up to scratch. That's why I've been doing a lot of those lately.
