Hi,

Due to lack of time to pursue this passion I've decided to part with my much loved LX90. It comes with all original accessories, documentation and packaging (except for tripod packaging).

I'll also include a #909 Accessory Port Module designed specifically for the LX90.

Meade #909 Accessory Port Module
- Includes auxiliary connectors for corded reticles eyepieces, micro focusers and CCD autoguiders.

The telescope is in excellent condition, and the optics are superb. The LX90 is perfect for those wishing high resolution visual observing or wanting to start out in astrophotography/CCD imaging.

Asking price is $1200. Will consider shipping (at buyer's expense), but would prefer local sale. Inspection is welcome.

Hi John,

Not unless I find a buyer for the LX90 that does not want the Accessory Port. I believe the #909 is very rare now, so hopefully it's a selling point for the LX90.

Meade stopped making the 909 but there is an aftermarket equivalent that works just as well

Several versions are available depending on what functions you want.
For LX90 users, you may also need to patch your firmware if the scope has a late model RA motor card, as the std Meade firmware wont acknowledge a 909 unit ( original or clone ) with this type of card.
