Observatory Completed

Hi All,
Have just completed the installation of a 2.3 meter Sirius Dome in the back garden. Final silicon sealing done today (about 1 hour before the rain arrived!). The dome houses a Takahashi TS225 on an EM200 mount. The next task is to align the scope. All I need now is some clear sky.

Well done John. I'm sure that you'll find the new dome a great home for the Tak. You'll have to post a pic or two of your setup when you can.

You have to name your observatory - it's a must. But we all wish you the best for your new baby. You'll have a great time with it and it will repay you with hours of enjoyment. Welcome to the group.
