Sturdy tripod in good condition. Has two quick release plates (if I can find the second one).
The head is built in and not removable. It's a standard three-way pan and tilt (see link below)

Overall, the tripod is similar in size/weight to the Manfrotto 190. I've used it for travelling with a William Optics 80mm telescope. Also used it for lunar eclipse photography using a Canon 100-400mm zoom lens plus teleconverter.
Would trade for something like a multi-reticle red dot finder, or try me with anything else you're trying to get rid of!
