Bye guys and gals i'm off for a holiday
and I wont have internet access for 4 whole days . I will have to spend the entire time with family . I will have to talk with my wife . I will have to to stay sane .
But the best bit is that I have snuck in my M500 Intes scope . I hope I get away with it .
and too much is going to happen while i am offline . Don't have too much fun without me..
Clear Skies

Have a great time Houghy.
You are going to hate going through all the 'New Posts' when you get back. I know how they pile up after being offline for just 1 day.
Enjoy yourself. Can you remember what your wife looks like in case you get seperated while playing tourist!

Well i'm back,
and i tried to have a good time, but with it being so perfectly clear I had to wait well and truely until they were completely asleep and sneek out with the Intes. to put is bluntly it is absolutely supurb!!!!!!! I am extremely pleased with the scope. I was able to view mars quite clearly and at times totally make out dark markings and I thought last night I could see a blue tinge to the north polar area. It is a fantastic pick up and go scope. Paul I am using your finderscope on it. it is great! i might end up taking it to get he cross hair removed where they cross to show the object in the centre of the crosshairs. I am so amazed as to how the scope performed in a light polluted caravan park. It is very contrasty, beter than the 12Sct in that department.
i just stuck the scope on my camera tripod.
then she cottoned on to my nocternal activities, boy was my name mud . The axe almost came out on Sunday night. But I passified her by saying I will cook and washup . Sort of worked, that and a couple of glasses of sparkling red

No she didn't hit me, I already have 4 stitches to get taken out tomorrow from a skin cancer that was removed last wednesday, so she knows I already have too many scars.
Although she has threatened several times to put the axe through the corrector plate of the 12"

Houghy, may I recommend the Halifax Caravan park. It's a nice place and lots of pelicans too!!!
Beware though, they eat kids and nagging women.
Don't forget to take some pics of the lovely Pelicans and your boat on the water.
If you do go to Halifax caravan park and see the pelicans you will only have me to thank!
Have a great time. Don't forget to sneak out at night with the scope!
