I would have bet that given the economic worries there would be no sales made by the office in October and the key to business would be to see who could go broke the slowest...buyers are so nervous and it seems that now more than ever before they want someone who is bright and cheerful to help them.
We (my Son) has made 3 sales and no one else has in this office or in the offices of the competition

I was sitting here and the owner of a block of flats came in so I had to explain I was here to scare away the tire kickers
..he laughed and we got on really well
... anyways it is great as I am getting around the net again I can not tell you how I have missed talkng to folk and presenting alternative views
..well I have not got back into it that far yet
