Image attachments dont load on my Mac

Hi IT mod guys!!
Simple as that...
Image attachments (Deep Space images) don't load on my Mac!
OS 10.3.9
Any ideas!?
No real dramas - Mac is really only an iTunes player now anyway.
But, if it was my only comp I'd be stuffed!!!
All the best
Doug

ps...1400 posts woohoo!!!!

Hi Doug, yes I noticed in the last 3.9 version of safari attachtments dont load, just get a loading graphic as if hung, but works fine still in old firefox of the era - on my other hd, in 4.11 safari works nicely, hasnt been many real meaningful updates for 10.3.9 for a while eh! funny coz theres old g3's and early g4's imac sect. still in use, my loyalty to mac is waning these days i must say, not even supporting 10.3.9 properly now!

With you kearn,
There was a day when I wouldn't even consider a mac/pc swap - nothing to draw me to the crap side!!!
All that changed through astro-imaging!!
Baahh!!
Still, in that time Mac has remained stable through PC laptop and desktop crashes and disasters.
Jeez some Astro-creative type in Cupertino or wherever the hell they reside, should point them towards the wonders of the night sky!!!!
Or failing that retrospective software function!
Doug

It's difficult for me to test Safari with various versions as I don't use a Mac, so there's nothing on iceinspace that has been written with Safari in mind. The attachment problem is probably a javascript error. If you PM me with the actual javascript error, I'll see what I can do.

thing that gets my attention the most with macs thesedays Doug, is i am getting the impression that there is a lot of little 3rd party apps that are only made for intel macs, can't be used on the old powerPC's like ours, and its not about processing power like it used to be, they arent big programs i dont think, but about the chip architecture more. I hope i'm imaging it?

i've been out of the mac software loop for a wee while now as I haven't upgraded to 10.4 - no widgets for Doug!
