C/2021 A1 (Leonard), 16 Dec - 22 Jan

Animated gif of C/2021 A1 (Leonard) from its first appearance in southern skies on 16 Dec 2021 (the blue sky shot!), including my shots from 16,18,20,21,22,23,24,25,26,27,28,30 &31 Dec 2021 and 01,02,03,04,07,09,11,12,15,19,20,21 &22 Jan 2022.

All shown at same scale, shot with same equipment (Canon 800D & 200mm lens), in similar sky conditions (clear, low altitude, light-affected), with subs generally in the range 4-8 sec (later shots all 8-sec subs). Shots are sequential from 16 Dec and all were imaged from Bright, Victoria.

What an amazing comet, with so many dramatic nightly changes! Sequence cruelled by bad weather since 22 Jan.

Sorry about that - I've just terminated my Photobucket account & thought Google photos would be the go. Obviously there's some privacy/sharing issue here that I'm yet to resolve. The file is way too large for IIS.

Any advice gratefully received! I'll see if I can blunder through to a solution...

I use a free (to 5Gb) Dropbox account to transfer my larger files....may be an option?
