Best filter to reduce Quark intensity for visual ?

Finally seem to be getting things working, Even with the 4X Powermate on the Combo Quark the image is very bright.

Had a quick look today though high clouds reduced contrast some. Easily see prominences and the Sunspot region that is currently present.

Not a big deal for imaging but would like to reduce it for visual use, a ND or Polarising filter on the eyepiece perhaps ?

Any suggestions
