Just a test of the new 70-300.
Couldn't resist these guys given the wonderful colour of the water, and that they were not bothered by my presence.
They are the best of a very bad bunch

That lens is working Ok - executed nicely aswell there

I'm as happy with it as I can be given it's not an L series or similar.
I have to be dead accurate on the focus, or there's magenta CA on the high contrast areas, and when you remove it, it softens the edges.
Still, it's compact and light, and the single ED element helps enormously.
