Power/fuse for Nexstar SE?

I've just built myself a battery pack similar to this one, which I'm quite pleased with. I'm just trying to decide on the fuse to use. I've got a 15 amp on the charge circuit, but a 5 amp fuse on the power circuit. The usb sockets have a max of 3.5 (1 + 2.5) and the Celestron manual just a 750 mA supply. I have a Celestron cigarette lighter adapter, which may or e fused (I haven't opened it up and can't find any confirmation on the web).

So is a 5A fuse a risk to the telescope, not enough or about right do you think?

Thanks,

PS I'm really impressed with the CTEK mx5 charger, rescued a battery my scope killed, which my previous charger wouldn't touch.

The Celestron cigarette plug has a fuse in the end behind the centre pin. To replace it you can unscrew the end.

Tony.

OK, cool thanks. In that case I don't need to worry.
