I've had good luck with Jaycar cables in the past, however I currently just buy the bits and make them to length as required, not really worth it time wise, but I enjoy it anyway. For 2M the quality at RS232 speeds shouldn't be too critical, however you say an extra 2M. If you're extending a cable, if possible you're better off getting a single cable of the right length if that works for you as it's around the connectors that you're most likely to get your largest losses.
