That 24mm lens works well with the A7s. Its hard to find a wider lens that does, most seem to be soft in the corners.

Nice shot.

Greg.

I've been using a Voigtlander 20mm f3.5 on a Nikon Ai-s adapter with my A7s and it's lovely and sharp all over

Thanks to one and all, and glad you enjoyed the view.

It's also worth mentioning the front windows on heavy jets are typically triplex ( to prevent failure after a bird impact) and as a result are optically not great....hence unavoidable edge distortions, reflections etc. are added to an otherwise superb camera lens.

Fantastic shot - looks clearer than anything I've ever taken from the seats down the back of the "bus".

Great view and capture Peter - I usually seem to have either a wing or exhaust gas filling my view.

For those of us stuck at the other end of the plane - I had the pleasure of meeting Julieanne Kost from Adobe at the total eclipse up in Port Douglas - she has put out an excellent book called "Window Seat" with advice and examples of pictures taken from the non pointy end of the plane. It's a great way to kill the time.
These days I try to get a window seat in front of the wings on the 'good' side.
