M20 from Astrofest

Hi Everyone,

I took this shot while up at QLD Astrofest, it is about 5 hours of data (5 min subs) with Darks, Flats and BIAS frames applied.

I hope you enjoy.

Cheers

That's really pretty Anthony. You should put that up in the the Deep Sky Images section. Love the star colours - intense without looking pushed.

Very nice Anthony! You've brought out a fair bit of the faint stuff, good work.

Thanks Everyone,

I was quite happy with the final result and have to say this is probably one of my best images yet. I don't quite think I am in the "Deep Space" calibre yet but well on my way.

It turned out to be quite tricky to get the colour balance right and I still think it is a bit off yet so I may to a reprocess on it when I get some time.

Thanks to JJJ, as she put me onto the camera and scope that I have now

Cheers

Anthony

Hey Dunk,

Just realised it was you , I trust you enjoyed your extended stay.

Here you go , no changes at all to this sub. I have simply converted from CR2 to JPG at a quality setting of 4.

Cheers

Anthony
