Warrumbungles by moonlight

OK, so Mike put up his shot, here is mine
I was to the left of Mike, further to the left of the viewing platform that you see in Mikes shot, and I was looking more Westerly, but that same general direction.

The usual formula for me;

11 vertical shots wide, only single row this time due to the high bright moon that was in the middle of my second row.
Canon 7D
Tokina 11mm - 16mm zoom @ 11mm
f2.8
ISO3200
20 seconds (due to bright moon)

Interestingly, I have since re-calibrated the Tokina so that I can now acheive an accurate focus at infinity, so hopefully I can get much sharper shots in the future.

Nice shot Andrew. I think there is a slight lean in the image. The horizon is not level.

Oh No, dont tell me that, non level horizons are a bugbear of mine that I thought that I practiced out about 25 years ago..... I'll take a look.
