Thanks Glen! That's exactly what I wanted to hear, I'm glad it's served you well!! Yes the Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x4. Such a nice cruisemobile. I hopped into the sedan yesterday to give a potential buyer a test drive and it felt like I was in a go-kart, sooo small. I think I've been converted for life.
I need to jump on a few Jeep forums to see what upgrades people have done, guessing some work might be needed before going bush i.e. Transmission Cooler, better tyres etc do you have any suggestions?
Almost bought the Wrangler, other half took one look at the brochure and said no way!!

Thanks Laurie!

fuel consumption was considered, on the books it quotes approx 11L/100km - it's been 2 weeks, already clocked 2000kms and its sitting around 10-12L/100km pretty happy with that.

Shame, what happened to the VW? I'd just make sure you detail it after taking it through some mud, she'd never notice, if it gets scratched blame a shopping cart

Hey Andrew nice to meet you on Friday night!
I should consider myself lucky, my other half doesn't seem to mind.
