If Al's shots are "novice" then mine must be embryonic!

First attempt with the Polarie, 30D and some cheap manual lenses I recently bought from ebay. The widest (28mm) was a dud so this was taken with a 55mm f/2 Pentax (88mm equivalent). It was a struggle to get land and sky with such a tight field of view.

Basic curves adjustment but otherwise unedited.

That is beautiful.

Good start with the Polarie. Marvel of a device.
