What are these lines through my Saturn image?

Hi. Early this week i had a go at Saturn and Jupiter. Upon looking at the stacked result out of AS!2, the Saturn image in particular had a series of lines through it.
I used my 500D on movie mode with (2) 2x Barlows in the image train.
NEQ6 with SW 8"f/5 Newt.
I looked at the image sequence frames, and the same lines appear there, just not at the same intensity.
I would like some help as to what they might be caused from. I don't image planets often but am sure these lines were not present the time i imaged planets.
Pic 1- Stacked Saturn (2700 frames)with clear lines.
Pic 2- Single image sequence Saturn frame with faint lines.
Pic 3- Jupiter with faint lines.
Cheers.

Steve.

some similar with me was done by bad RAW convertion. Try another set of model of distribution of color pixels.

Could be any manner of things causing it, but having never used a DSLR for planet imaging I couldn't speculate. I remember seeing a similar problem few years ago (7) with a Toucam pro but it was due to the wrong codec & physical size of capture was incorrectly set..

Thanks for the replies. I'm going to give it another try and see how it goes.
I have only used AS!2 a couple times, will be good to get to know it better.

I've seen similar lines with a SPC900NC with gain or gamma turned up too high...something like that.
